UPRIS: (Universal Patient Record Information System) Corporation is a Health Information Technology company that develops consumer centric, web-based health information portal sites.

Our co-branded or "private label" solutions provide electronic Personal Health Record (PHR) accounts, while disseminating health information in a culturally competent manner.  A personal health record (PHR) is an individualized, consumer-owned and controlled collection of one’s comprehensive health history.  PHRs  forge the important link between the provision of comprehensive healthcare  and improved health outcomes for the consumer.  UPRIS also provides additional tools such as health trackers, portable health information devices, emergency splash pages and medical record repositories allowing consumers to manage and consequently enhance their health status.

Additionally they are developing Health Information Technology solutions that address Low English Proficient (LEP) and low Health Literate populations.  UPRIS Corp. creates mutually advantageous platforms for synergistic partnerships working to effectively combat racial and ethnic disparities in the health arena.  By offering sites attractive to clinicians, researchers, and academicians, these partnerships keenly enhance the ability to comprehend health information on various education levels.
